Terms of service

Terms of Service

Welcome to Furruvi, an online pet-accessories store operated from Switzerland. These terms govern purchases through our online store, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, colours and available options. Please check the product information and select the correct variant before ordering. Colour appearance may vary by screen. If an item becomes unavailable or contains a material listing error, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
By placing an order, you authorise payment of the checkout total. Prices, available payment methods, shipping charges and taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout. Additional customs duties or import charges not collected at checkout may be payable depending on your destination. Promotional codes are subject to their published conditions.

SHIPPING
Shipping availability, charges and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our Refund Policy explains the voluntary 30-day return option and refund procedures. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory rights relating to defective, incorrect or misdescribed products.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Please provide accurate billing, contact and shipping details. Notify us promptly if you discover an error in your order.

WEBSITE CONTENT
Furruvi branding, photographs, product descriptions and other site content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may not commercially reproduce protected content without permission.

PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information and how you may exercise applicable privacy rights.

APPLICABLE LAW
Swiss law applies where permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
