Shipping & Delivery

Furruvi ships eligible products to supported destinations through our fulfilment and shipping partners. Products may be dispatched from different locations, including internationally.

DELIVERY ESTIMATE
Our target delivery timeframe is approximately 7–14 days from order placement for eligible products and destinations. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Actual delivery may be shorter or longer depending on product availability, processing, fulfilment location, customs, carrier operations and destination. We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas or another particular date.

SHIPPING COST
Free standard shipping is offered where available for the destination and products selected, with no minimum order value. Available shipping options and any charges are shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and carrier fees not collected at checkout may apply.

PROCESSING AND TRACKING
Processing time varies by product and supplier. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels. We provide tracking information after dispatch when available. Carrier tracking updates may take additional time to appear.

DELIVERY DESTINATIONS
Enter your delivery address at checkout to check whether shipping is available. Some products may not be deliverable to every country or region.

DELAYS AND MISSING ORDERS
If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfilment or shipping partner and provide an update. If we cannot fulfil an order, or if cancellation and refund rights apply under applicable law, we will provide the appropriate options and refund.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Please check your delivery address before paying. Contact us immediately if an address needs correcting; changes may no longer be possible once the order has been dispatched.
