Shipping & Delivery

Furruvi works with fulfilment partners, including partners overseas, to ship orders to supported countries.

Estimated delivery: 7–14 days

Our estimated target is 7–14 days from order placement for eligible products and destinations. This is a target estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery can take longer depending on stock availability, fulfilment location, customs processing, shipping carrier and destination. If an order is time-sensitive, contact us before purchasing with the product and destination for a more specific estimate. We cannot promise arrival before Christmas or another event.

Shipping charges

We offer free standard shipping where the shipping method is available at checkout, with no minimum order. The delivery options and total displayed during checkout take precedence. Customs, import duties or local handling charges not collected at checkout may apply in some regions.

Order processing and tracking

Products may ship from different fulfilment locations and arrive in separate parcels. Processing and transit times depend on the product and destination. When tracking is available, we provide it after dispatch; tracking updates may take a little time to appear.

Enter your delivery address at checkout to check availability. Some items cannot be sent to every location. If no shipping option appears for your address, please contact us before ordering.

Delays, missing parcels and cancellations

If we cannot ship an order within the period communicated to you, we will contact you with an update and any cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. If delivery has exceeded the estimate, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. Orders we cannot fulfil will be cancelled and refunded appropriately.
